These Terms of Service govern your use of the STRYX application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by STRYX LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of Service

STRYX provides hunting intelligence tools including wind-graded stand recommendations, AI-assisted property analysis, shot recovery guidance, and related features. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

STRYX is a decision-support tool. All hunting decisions — including stand selection, entry and exit routes, and shot recovery — remain your responsibility. The Service does not guarantee any particular hunting outcome.

Subscription and Billing

STRYX offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The following apply:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's or Google's respective refund policies.
• Founding Member pricing, where offered, is locked for the life of the subscription as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any hunting regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app.
• Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or access the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service.
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT WIND AND WEATHER DATA WILL BE ACCURATE AT ALL TIMES.

Hunting involves inherent risks. STRYX is a planning and analysis tool, not a guarantee of safety or success. You assume full responsibility for your hunting activities and any decisions made using information provided by the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRYX LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
